Joseph Dattoli

Joseph has been in the food industry for over 45 years. Seventeen of those years were with Perugina Brands of America, most of that time as CEO. Joseph also served as a Director of the Specialty Food Association and was a member of the Italian Trade Association. He has owned two restaurants in New Jersey over the last 10 years and currently owns Il Forno , in Branchburg N.J.
