Jack Cappel

Cappel began his career in the specialty food industry in 1949, working for English toffee supplier Edward Sharp & Sons, becoming Vice President before moving on to food importer Adolph Goldmark & Sons in 1960. In 1966, Cappel and his wife, Florence, started Dorval Trading Co., Ltd., an importer of fine confectionery products which continues today. Jack currently serves as Chairman of Dorval.
